Sebastien Nault

Sebastien Nault
Founder, Chief Service Officer

Black Tie Property Services (BTPS) was founded by Sebastien Nault in the spring of 2011. Sebastien brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him, with over twenty years of hands-on business experience, both in operations and project management. He is trained in rope access and a graduate of B.C.I.T.’s Marketing Management program. Prior to BTPS, Sebastien played a key role as managing partner in a local window cleaning company. In that time, he helped deliver growth and success producing outstanding results on major projects such as Vancouver Olympic Village, BC Place Stadium and the new downtown Robert Lee YMCA complex.

Over time, Sebastien expanded his knowledge and built a great reputation within the industry, serving on the IWCA board of directors and guest speaker at their annual convention. He enjoys networking among the local business community and served on the board of the EO Accelerator program.

When Sebastien is not busy running the company, he enjoys travelling, DJing, skiing, and hanging out with his golden retriever, Emma.

Rob Baril

Rob Baril
Operations Manager

Rob Baril started working as a window cleaner in 2004 when he first moved to Vancouver from Winnipeg. Ambitious, creative and entrepreneurial, Rob spent the following years holding a management position at a local sportswear manufacturer and launching his own video production company. Rob brings with him a wealth of education, having a Civil Engineering degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Manitoba.

You’ll often see Rob on site, ensuring that the crew is on time, working safely and looking professional.

Rob is a proud father of three, and when he’s not working or hanging out with his family – he plays hockey!

David Inzunza

David Inzunza
Director, Construction Services

David arrived in Vancouver in 2007, from his hometown of Mexicali. He obtained a work permit allowing him entry to Canada to work as a high-rise window cleaner, and he quickly became a well-known and well-appreciated figure on Vancouver construction sites. Through hard work, perseverance and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, David has gained an excellent reputation in the industry.

Coming from an accounting and hospitality management background, David is eager to learn and never shies away from a challenge. Over the last five years, he has obtained various certifications in rope-access and safety training and has helped put together safety and injury prevention programs for window cleaning companies. His outgoing personality and strong project management skills have allowed him to build key relationships with several developers and construction manager throughout the Vancouver region.

Proud father of four daughters, David is an avid basketball player and sports enthusiast.

Kim Daigle

Kim Daigle
Office Manager

Kim joins our team, bringing with her 15+ years of experience in business administration, office management and bookkeeping. The past 6 years have
been spent in small business environments, helping create and maintain structure through rapid growth phases.

Kim also brings a great attitude and positive demeanor, which shines through in her daily interactions with our clients and staff. She takes great pride her work and personal achievements, and is very passionate about learning and self-improvement. She is currently enrolled in continuing education, pursuing further bookkeeping and accounting certifications.

Kim is a mother of 3 beautiful kids, which keeps her busy. She loves creative cooking, walking the nature trails in her neighbourhood, spending time with family and friends, or just curling up by the fire with a good book.

Phyllis Chan

Phyllis Chan
Marketing and Social Media Manager

Known for her cheerful demeanour and positivity, Phyllis brings with her over ten years of customer service and sales experience. Prior to BTPS, Phyllis worked as a Western Canadian account executive in the fashion industry. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from BCIT where she specialized in entrepreneurial studies.

Being a people person, Phyllis loves to provide support to customers and the BTPS team. She believes in building friendships and pleasant working relationships within the company. Her work entails marketing, social media and sales.

Phyllis enjoys everything yoga, traveling, reading & spending time with loved ones.


Official Company Mascot

Emma is a Golden Retriever who has been rescued from the BCSPCA. She is 13 years old and loves giving dog hugs to everyone she meets.
